Northern Suburbs Community CentreNEWPIN (New Parent Infant Network) NEWPIN is a self-help, early intervention family support program. NEWPIN is primarily a befriending and therapeutic network offering ongoing and intensive family support to families in the Launceston area. The primary objective of NEWPIN is to work with families under stress to break the cycle of destructive family behaviour and to enhance parent-child relationships.
